Description

5X Sample Buffer is used as a tracking dye for SDS PAGE gel loading. This buffer contains SDS and β-mercaptoethanol, making it suitable for denaturing gel electrophoresis. Dilute 1:4 with sample before loading. Note: 5X Sample Buffer should be brought to room temperature prior to use. Mix well before loading gel. 

5倍濃縮樣品緩沖液用作SDS-PAGE凝膠的追蹤染料。該緩沖液含有SDS和β-巰基乙醇，適合用于變性凝膠電泳。在加載前將樣品稀釋至1:4。注意：在使用前應(yīng)將5倍濃縮樣品緩沖液置于室溫下。在加載凝膠前充分混合。
